Our Story

Girls Lacrosse Comes Home to Crystal Lake

Girls youth lacrosse in Crystal Lake began as part of the Crystal Lake Blackhawks program and later joined neighboring communities to compete as Northwest United Girls Lacrosse.

Beginning with the 2027 season, girls lacrosse is returning home to Crystal Lake with a new name, new identity and a renewed focus on growing the girls' game locally.

Crystal Lake Girls Lacrosse Club represents the next chapter — a dedicated program focused specifically on creating opportunities for Crystal Lake girls to learn, play and grow together.

While the name is new, the relationships, experience and community that helped build girls lacrosse in Crystal Lake remain at the heart of our program.
